Analytics

GET /analytics/listings queries the immutable market warehouse: classic filters (type, transaction, city, price, area, rooms, DPE, publisher, bounding box lat/lng), grouping via group_by (up to 10 categorical fields), time_bucket over event_at, and aggregate metrics via metrics (up to 20).

metrics format

Each metrics entry follows the grammar count | <function>:<field> | percentile:<field>:<p> (0 < p <= 100).

• Available functions: count, avg, median, min, max, percentile.
• Allowed fields for avg|median|min|max|percentile: price, price_displayed, price_per_sqm, area, area_displayed, rooms, bedrooms, days_between_events.
• Examples: count, avg:price, median:price_per_sqm, percentile:price:95.
