Search properties using flat filters or a nested AND/OR criteria tree, with page-based or cursor-based pagination — all selected via the request body.
Search transactions POST
Search closed real-estate transactions with optional filters (date, property type, price, location ids, and a GeoJSON polygon), cursor-paginated. Overlapping records from different sources are reconciled on the fly: a duplicate is suppressed and merged into the surviving row, which then carries a matched block. Filters are sent in the request body rather than the query string so a large geoshape polygon is not constrained by URL length.
